N.B.: In case the room will not be freed until 10.30 (good time for cleansing), will be charged an additional fee of € 15,00 per hour and/or elapsed fraction.

Cancellation:

If you are forced to cancel the booking it is allowed up to 15 days before the scheduled date of arrival, the entire advance will be refunded except 20 € for bank deductions.
In the event that a cancellation is made within 15 days from the date of arrival, will be kept 100% of the deposit.
